Female Cycles


Cystitis:
5 drops of Sandalwood
5 drops of Pine oil
5 drops of Juniper oil
4 drops of Parsley oil
Add to a tub full of warm
water, and bathe for 20 minutes.
This will relieve the pressure, also
drink lots of water, after this bath.

Cellulite:
Rub your body with a loofah,
to activate circulation, then add
4 drops of Lavender oil
4 drops of Lemon oil
3 drops of Sage oil
2 drops of Cypress
2 drops of Orange oil
to the bath water,stir well
before entering, soak for 25
minutes, use loofah in circular motions.
Then rinse with cool shower.

Pregnancy:
**Avoid these oils until the
fifth month of pregnancy:
Cedarwood, Clary Sage,
Cypress, Jasmine, Juniper,
Lavender, Myrrh, Rose,
Rosemary, Sweet Basil,
Sweet Fennel,& Marjoram.
*It is only safe to use these oils,
in a vaporizer or diffuser.

During Labor:
Massage Clary Sage & Jasmine
on to the abdomen for pain relief
and tonic to the uterus.

After The Birth:
Use these relaxing oils in a diffuser:
4 drops of Jasmine
3 drops of Neroli
3 drops of Rose
2 drops of Ylang Ylang
1 tbs. of water.

Increase the flow of Breast milk:
Massage in 2 drops of each Lemongrass
and Sweet Fennel, this will help stimulate
the flow of breast milk, don't forget to
wipe of the breast before feeding your baby.

Miscarriage:
Indulge yourself into these oils:
5 drops of Jasmine
5 drops of Rose
4 drops of Neroli
2 drops of Ylang Ylang
these oils can be as a massage oil
or in a diffuser, relax and enjoy.

Menopause:
Use these oils to help relieve the
symptoms of Menopause;
Bergamot, Lemon, Mandarin,
Neroli, Sandalwood, Frankincense,
Rose Geranium, Jasmine, Sweet
Fennel, Chamomile, Lemon Balm
& Rosewood. Can be use in a
diffuser, or in massage oils.
