Colds, Fevers and Flu's
1 Quart of cold water
2 drops of lemon oil
2 drops of eucalyptus oil
2 drops of lavender oil
2 drops of orange oil
Put water and oils in a bowl and soak a clean cloth in the mixture,
ring out excess water and apply to forehead, neck, and chest as needed.

Chronic pain
1 quart of water
2 drops of clary sage oil
2 drops of marjoram oil
2 drops of peppermint oil
2 drops of eucalyptus oil
Put water and oils in a bowl of water, soak the cloth and ring out excess
water and apply it to the affected areas of the body as needed.

Cramps- PMS
1 quart of cold water
2 drops of marjoram oil
2 drops of chamomile oil
1 drop of ylang ylang oil
1 drop of juniper oil
Pour water and oil in a bowl and soak cloth in the water, and apply
this soothing compress to your abdomen, and repeat as needed.

Cramps #2 (hot)
1 quart of water
2 drops of marjoram oil
3 drops of clary sage oil
2 drops of peppermint oil
Put hot water and oils in the bowl and soak the cloth for about 1 minute
and ring out excess water and apply to your abdomen and back as needed.

Cool down for the heat, PMS and menopause

1 quart of cold water
9 drops of clary sage oil
9 drops of lavender oil
9 drops of chamomile oil
7 drops of peppermint oil
4 drops of cypress oil
4 drops of patchouli oil
2 drops of geranium oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl and soak a clean cloth for 5 minutes,
then ring out the excess and apply to all parts of the body, repeat as needed.

Icy Migraine Relief
1 quart of ice cold water
3 drops of peppermint oil
2 drops of lavender oil
1 drop of marjoram oil
1 drop of ginger oil
Put icy water and oils in the bowl and soak cloth for 5 minutes then ring out
excess water and apply to forehead, head and neck at the first sign of a migraine.
 

Hangover Relief
1 quart of cold water
4 drops of geranium oil
2 drops of lemon oil
1 drop of peppermint oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl, and soak cloth for 3 minutes then ring out
excess water and apply to head and neck repeat if needed.
 

To Lower Blood Pressure
1 quart of  hot water
4 drops of rosemary oil
3 drops of thyme oil
2 drops of peppermint oil
1 drop of coriander oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl and soak cloth, then ring out excess water
and apply to neck and forehead repeat if needed.
 

Sprains and Bruises
1 quart of cold water
2 drops of lavender oil
2 drops of fennel oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add cloth then ring out excess water
and apply to the injured areas, repeat as needed.
 
Toothache  Relief
1 quart of hot water
2 drops of chamomile oil
2 drops of peppermint oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl and soak a cloth for 5 minutes then ring out excess
water and apply to the side of face near the aching tooth.
