Chakra Mist Blends:
Use these spray oil blends to clear blockages and balance the Chakras.
Ascension Star- Spray above the crown and around the body.
10 drops of Ho wood
5 drops of Frankincense
2 oz of Distilled water
2 oz cobalt spray labeled bottle.
Shake well to blend the mixture.
Crown & Third eye- Spray mist on the head and face.
10 drops of Ho wood
5 drops of Frankincense
3 drops of Sandal wood
2 oz of Distilled water
Put into a 2oz spray blue- labeled bottle and shake well until blended.
Throat - Spray on the Throat and the back of the neck to clear blockages.
10 drops of Peppermint
10 drops of Spearmint
5 drops of Lemon
5 drops of Eucalyptus
2 drops of Sandalwood
2 drops of Ho wood
2 oz of Distilled water
Put all ingredients in a 2 oz spray blue-labeled bottle and shake well until blended.
Heart- Spray on the Heart and Thymus to clear blockages.
10 drops of Rosewood
10 drops of Ho wood
5 drops of Jasmine
5 drops of Ylang Ylang
4 drops of Chamomile
2 drops of Yarrow (optional)
2 oz of Distilled water
Put into a 2 oz spray blue-labeled bottle and shake well.
Solar Plexus- Spray on the Diaphragm and solar plexus areas.
10 drops of Bergamot
10 drops Sweet Orange
5 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Clove
2 drops of Neroli
2 drops of Linden blossom
2 oz Distilled water
Put into a 2 oz spray blue- labeled bottle and shake well to blend oils.
Sacral/Belly- Spray on the abdomen and lower back and massage gently.
10 drops Cinnamon/Clove
10 drops Myrrh
5 drops of Sandalwood
5 drops of Basil
4 drops of Cypress
2 oz Distilled water
Put into a 2oz spray blue-labeled bottle and then gently shake to blend the mixture.
