Anti Cellulite - Energizing Bath - Calming/Relaxation - Tension Tamer

Migraine Headache Relief


Anti Cellulite
1/4 c of powdered seaweed
1/2 c of sea salt
4 drops of lemon oil
2 drops of cypress oil
2 drops of fennel oil
3 drops of grapefruit oil
2 drops of rosemary oil
mix together in a bowl,
put into a tightly sealed jar and label.
To use: 1 tbsp. into

a tub of running water soak for 30 minutes,
use bath brush in circular motions
on hips, stomach,
butt and thighs, can be used twice a week.

Energizing Bath
1/2 c of sea salt
3 drops of rosemary oil
2 drops of thyme oil
2 drops of tea tree oil
2 drops of peppermint oil mixed together in a bowl,
put into a tightly seal jar and label.
Put 1 tbsp into a tub of running water and soak for 30 minutes
or so until you feel energized.

 

Calming/Relaxation
1 cup of sea salt
3 drops of chamomile oil
3 drops of lavender oil
3 drops of ylang ylang oil
3 drops of rose oil
3 drops of jasmine oil
1 drop of bergamot oil
mix together in a bowl and put into a tightly sealed jar and label, until ready to use.
Use: 1 tbsp into a tub of running water and soak for 30 minutes.

 

Tension Tamer
1 cup of sea salt
4 drops of lavender oil
4 drops of peppermint oil
3 drops of chamomile oil
2 drops of sandalwood oil
2 drops of neroli oil
2 drops of ylang ylang oil
1 drop of clarysage oil
1 drop of lemon oil mix together in a bowl,
put into a tightly sealed jar, label until ready to use.
Put 1 tbsp
into a tub of running water, and soak for 30 minutes
or until your stress and tension is gone.

 

Migraine Headache Relief
1/2 cup of sea salt
3 drops of peppermint oil
3 drops of lavender oil
3 drops of chamomile oil
2 drops of marjoram oil
1 drop of ginger oil
mix together and put into a labeled jar until ready to use.
Put 1 tbsp into the tub and soak until headache
has subsided, then follow with the icy compress.
